Before you start

We have a few notes and bits and pieces that you should be familiar with before using this training litrature.

• This training is primary for front end users of the application and does not cover the administration or franchise admin areas of the application. Partners or franchise administrators with access to this administrator will be provided with comprehensive training of the admin and franchise functionality

• Twinview is been developed at a rapid pace and new features as well as existing ones are constantly changing been improved. Because of this some parts of this documentation may be slightly out of data or incomplete in areas. If you spot any inconsistencies please use the suggest an update feature to inform us.

• While we can train you on the software, Digital Twins require good planning to be successfully implemented. It is important to know the end use cases from the outset, and then map what data or technologies you may need to achieve you or your clients requirements. Working with the end in mind will make sure that your Digital Twin journey will be a success. We have a bunch or planning and implementation documentation and templates available to assist with this planning.
