V1.27 - 7th July 2023 - Feature Release - Notifcations on Doc Vault

As part of the larger Construction 2.0 update we have just released 'notifcations' on document vault. This allows users to subscribe to updates to a folder or folders in document vault. This means when a new file is uploaded the subscribed users will be notified of this activity. This is useful for many workflows including those based around the Information management and WIP/Shared workflow.

V1.26 - 3rd July 2023 - Bug Patch - IOT Device Datatype

Fixed a bug (log 1218033896) that caused the data type on a device to revert to Number when editing a device. This would cause issued when you click save as the data type would change without knowing and cause charts to show an error message due to incompatible data type.

V1.25 - 21st June 2023 - Feature Release - Form Fields in Document Vault

As part of the larger Construction 2.0 update we have just releases Form Fields for funnels. These allow you to collect additional information on files that are uploaded to document vault as part of a File request funnel. This update along with previous updates brings the Twinview document vault a step closer to CDE type functionality.

V1.24 - 16th June 2023 - Feature Release - Energy Transform Device Type

New device type added that allows converting of cumulative values to be broken down and reported by day, week, month or year. Documentation not yet updated.

V1.23 - 4th June 2023 - Feature Release - New document vault features

We have added new functionality to document vault, including:

• File versioning

• Folder funnels and Share links

• Zip bulk uploading.

• search tags

• File renaming

We resolved a bug that meant some extremely large models would not load on certain browser types.

V1.21 - 16th May 2023 - Platform Improvement

We have incorporated a new upload process that significantly reduces the model upload time by a factor of 10. This process makes it possible to access the model while the maintainable assetts are been parsed int other system. We have made various updates to the UI to inform the user of the model processing stats much more accurately. This improvement also improves performance on projects with 100,000s or maintainable assets.

V1.20 - 28th April 2023 - New Feature - Room Zoning

We have added a new feature that allows you to define zones in your project. Thes zones are a collection of rooms and behave like a room, ao now similar functionalty can be used with zones. A good example of a use care would be a block of apartments, this model would have many rooms with the same name (e.g. Kitchen). With zones you can now create a zone for each apartment and assign the associated room to that zone. This means that you can now operate teh facility more efficently assigning jobs, issues, tickets. documents etc to either the apartment or the idervidulal rooms. The zones can be located and zoomed into, and cliking on a zone shows all the assets in the child rooms.

When exporting to COBie, the zones are exported to the Zone tab.
