2D Sheets

Twinview allow you to view your buildings 2D drawings and sheets in Twinview, with interaction between both 2D and 3D.

If 2D sheets are enabled on your projects, they can be accessed by selecting the ‘2D Sheets’ button in the left had main menu. This will display a modal where you can access the available 2D sheets in your project.

You can customize your screen layout by resizing and rearranging sheets. Simply click on the sheet's header and drag it to your desired position. To resize a sheet, select the bottom right corner and drag it accordingly.

You have the flexibility to open multiple sheets simultaneously, and dimension tools are available for each sheet.

When selecting an object or asset on a sheet, the sheets maintain their connection with the 3D model. This means that choosing an object or asset on a 2D sheet will highlight and zoom in on the corresponding object or asset in the 3D view. Additionally, the associated data will be displayed in the data tab within the information palette.

This functionality allows users who are not familiar with 3D software to easily locate and access information about objects or assets by selecting them on a 2D sheet.
