Energy Performance and Insights
Monitor and Visualise your buildings energy and sustainability performance in a standardised way.
Although its possible to build custom dashboards and reports for almost any purpose in Twinview, The energy performance and Insights Report report provides insights into your building's energy performance, adhering to industry standards and methodologies.

Understanding the Report
The Energy performance and insights dashboard shows your real time energy consumption, alongside your buildings benchmark data, such as in accordance with TM54.
You can access the report from the main left menu when you are in a project.
The 12 month chart
The 12 month chart shows your buildings energy consumption month by month over a 12 month period. it shows you the current year (red), as well as your previous year (blue) so you can see your year on year performance. We also show you buildings baseline data (grey) which is based on your buildings design methodology. The across the top tabs allow you to filter down into each sub system for a system by system analysis.

Green markets to the right show the highest, lowest and average over the 12 months.
By default the chart is showing KWh usage, however this can be changed to cost (£) view to visualise the same data but in monetary value, based on your energy tarif.

Monthly Analysis by Floor
This table shows your last month energy consumption broken down by floor level, along with some other useful metrics (if monitored) to allow you to understand how these metrics may be influencing your energy consumption. Currently we show the following:
KWh/sqm - Total energy consumption on the floor in KWh/sqm last month
Average Temperature - The average floor temperature last month
Occupancy - The total number of people on the floor last month
AQI - The average AQI (Air Quality Index) on the floor last month

Energy Source Breakdown
The energ source breakdown, shows your energy source breakdown. This data is provided by your energy provider and your energy plan. This data is either pulled from your energy provider, or when and API is not available defined in tariff settings (see XXXXX here).

System Breakdown by Month
The System breakdown chart allows you to understand your energy consumption month by month. This is shown against the TM54 baseline, as well as your previous years data in accordane with TM54 requirements.

Even if your building isn't metered in accordance with TM54 requirements, the Energy dashboard can still be utilised as long as you have at least one meter monitoring total energy consumption. To do this you would associate the applicable IOT Data stream to the correct category (Electric/Gas) and assign the single meter to the 'Other' option in the energy category.
